Didier van de Velde gave a lecture on ‘railway unbundling’ at a debating conference organised by the Revue Générale des Chemins de Fer, in Paris on 7 February 2013.

Some of the main findings of the EVES-Rail study were presented, followed by discussion with the participants to the workshop on the management of the railway value chain under various configurations of railway unbundling in Europe.
