Rail infrastructure financing lunch-debate

Brussels – On 3 March 2015, Didier van de Velde moderated the lunch-debate supported by Pavel Telička (MEP) and Mr. Dins Merirands (Deputy State Secretary of the Ministry of Transport of Latvia) during which the issue-paper infrastructure financing written by Dr. Putallaz, Prof.dr. Finger and Didier van de Velde was presented. Representatives of the European Commission, Members of the European Parliament and from various European railways attended the event. This issue-paper is the result of a series of round tables held during an international workshop organised with the support of SNCF in July 2014.
