Visit of Head of Swedish Committee reviewing the organisation of the railway sector

The Head of Swedish Committee reviewing the organisation of the railway sector in Sweden visited the Netherlands for three days, from 12 to 14 November 2014.

inno-V organised his visit and accompanied Mr. Alexandersson’s visit to various stakeholders in the railway sector. The focus of the visit was on the arrangements for a better coordination between ProRail and NS, and on the infrastructure maintenance contracts. The visit helped Mr. Alexandersson to learn from the Dutch experience over the past years. This will be taken into account in his final report reviewing the current organisation of the Swedish railway sector. His report is due by the end of 2015.
