European public transport contracts and incentivised contracting

The public transport authority of the Oslo region (Ruter) asked inno-V to provide an overview of recent developments in European public transport contracting, and also to give examples of contracting in public transport that contains incentives stimulating the operators to provide a high quality of service.

Didier van de Velde (director of inno-V) participated in a two-day seminar organised for the management team of Ruter in which he gave a presentations and led discussions on these topics.
